Chiropractor

Güner Ibraimovski

My name is Güner Ibraimovski, and I come from Sweden. Chiropractic has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up surrounded by chiropractic care, I developed an early fascination with how the body functions and its remarkable capacity to heal itself.

As a person, I am deeply curious and passionate about continuous growth, both professionally and personally. I love learning new things, exploring different parts of the world, meeting people from different backgrounds, and engaging in conversations that broaden my perspective.

My approach to health is strongly influenced by a holistic perspective, seeing the body as intelligent, adaptable, and capable of incredible healing when given the right support and environment. For me, every patient has a unique story, and truly understanding that story is the foundation of meaningful care.

This reflects how I see chiropractic care: not as a quick fix, but as a process that supports the nervous system, encourages adaptation, and helps people reconnect with their bodies and live life with greater freedom and vitality.

The techniques I use

  • Diversified Technique
  • Gonstead Technique
  • SOT (Sacro Occipital Technique)
  • Toggle Recoil – Upper Cervical Technique
  • Thompson Technique
  • Activator

What does health mean to you? What is a healthy person?

Health is not simply the absence of pain, symptoms, or disease; it is the ability of a person to adapt, function, grow, and fully engage with life physically, mentally, and socially. A healthy person is someone whose body and nervous system can respond appropriately to the demands placed on them, recover efficiently from stress, and maintain a sense of balance and well-being over time.

What is the magic of chiropractic in your eyes? Why do you love this system?

What fascinates me most about chiropractic is its ability to influence the body through the nervous system. In my eyes, the true “magic” of chiropractic lies in its simplicity and depth at the same time: a precise, well-delivered adjustment can create significant neurological changes that positively affect how the body functions, adapts, and heals.

What I love about chiropractic is that it looks at the individual as a whole person rather than reducing people to symptoms alone. It combines biomechanics, neurology, human connection, and lifestyle awareness in a way that no other discipline does quite the same way.

What is your goal when you meet a patient? Where do you want to take the patient?

My goal when meeting a patient is first and foremost to truly understand the person in front of me — not only their symptoms, but also their lifestyle, stress levels, movement patterns, habits, and how their condition affects their everyday life. I believe every patient has a unique story, and understanding that story is essential in providing meaningful and individualized care.

When working with patients, I focus heavily on consistency, education, functionality, and long-term adaptation. Pain is often not the true source of the problem, but rather the body’s way of communicating that something is off balance. I aim to help patients reconnect with their bodies, better understand their health, and optimize their ability to function in everyday life — physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What are the reasons why people come to see you at your practice?

People come to see me for many different reasons, but what they often have in common is the desire to move, feel, and function better in their everyday lives. Some patients initially seek care because of acute or chronic pain, while others come with postural concerns, sports-related issues, headaches, or simply because they want to invest in their long-term health and well-being.

What defines my approach is that I do not only look at symptoms, but also look at the person as a whole. The human body is complex, adaptive, and deeply interconnected. Lifestyle, stress, movement habits, sleep, and neurological function all play a role in how someone feels and functions.

One of my greatest passions within chiropractic is understanding movement and human adaptability. With a longstanding background in high-performance sports environments, I have developed a strong understanding of how the body responds to physical demands, recovers from injury, and adapts over time.

I strongly believe that movement is one of the most powerful foundations for long-term health. Whether someone is an athlete, office worker, student, or retiree, I aim to meet them where they are and help them progress toward greater function and vitality.

I also value creating a relaxed and natural environment where patients feel comfortable, understood, and involved in their own health journey. One of the most rewarding parts of practice is seeing the transformation that can happen over time — when someone begins moving more freely, feeling more confident, sleeping better, and having more energy.

Can you tell us about your qualifications and training?

I completed my Master of Chiropractic at the Barcelona College of Chiropractic in 2026, where I received extensive clinical and academic training in neurology, biomechanics, spinal health, patient-centered care, and evidence-informed clinical practice.

Throughout my training, I developed experience in several chiropractic techniques, including High Velocity Low Amplitude (HVLA) adjusting methods within both Diversified and Gonstead approaches. In addition, I have trained in SOT (Sacro Occipital Technique), Toggle Recoil (Upper Cervical), Thompson Technique, and Activator Methods.

Outside of chiropractic, I have a longstanding background in high-performance sports environments, including CrossFit, rugby, Taekwondo, and strength training. This experience has given me a deep understanding of physical conditioning, movement mechanics, and the demands placed on the body in competitive and training settings.

For me, chiropractic education extends beyond the classroom. I am deeply passionate about continuous learning, personal development, movement science, neurological function, and understanding how the human body adapts and thrives.

A quote from you or a beloved quote about chiropractic

Life can only grow as far as your mindset allows it to. A negative mind will never create a positive life. Change begins with the way we think, move, and adapt. One adjustment is a neurological impulse — one thought is a new beginning.
