Interview

What led you to study and work in massage?

I have always been interested in how touch can influence the body and a person’s overall well-being. I realized that massage can not only relieve fatigue but also help people recover from stress and tension. That inspired me to learn and grow in this profession.

What do you love about massage?

I enjoy seeing how people feel lighter, more relaxed, and energized after a session. Massage is a combination of care and professional skill, and I truly love the process itself: feeling the muscles, finding tension, and helping them release.

What constitutes a good massage for you?

A good massage is always individual. It should meet the client’s needs and reflect their condition and mood. Technique and pressure matter, but the most important part is attentiveness and a genuine wish to help.

What is your understanding of health and why is massage healthy?

For me, health is not just the absence of illness but also harmony between body and mind. Massage helps to maintain this balance: it improves circulation, relaxes the muscles, and reduces stress. That’s why I believe my work brings real benefits to people.

What is your area of expertise?

I work with different types of massage — from relaxing to deeper therapeutic techniques. For me, it is essential to choose the right approach for each individual person.
