Principals and Treatments

Traditional Chinese Medicine

Rooted in Tradition, Proven Over Time

Chinese Medicine views the body as an integrated system where physical, emotional, and energetic aspects are deeply connected. It focuses on restoring balance, supporting the natural flow of Qi (vital energy), and treating the root cause of illness, not just the symptoms.

The First Treatment and What to Expect

First Session
The initial session includes an in-depth consultation to understand your primary concern, health history, lifestyle, and emotional well-being. Diagnosis is based on Traditional Chinese Medicine methods (such as pulse and tongue analysis), followed by a personalized treatment using a combination of techniques.

Follow-Up Treatments
Each session begins with a brief check-in and continues with an integrative treatment, typically combining acupuncture with other methods such as cupping, moxibustion, gua sha, shiatsu, or herbal medicine.

Treatment Approach in Our Clinic

We always use a multidisciplinary approach. Treatments are tailored to you and may vary from session to session, depending on your progress and current state.

Treatment Plan & Duration
The number of treatments depends on the nature and severity of the issue. Acute conditions may improve within a few sessions; chronic issues may require a longer course of treatments. Once balance is restored, some patients choose to continue with monthly maintenance sessions.

Treatment Methods in Our Clinic

  • Acupuncture
A gentle and precise technique using fine needles to stimulate specific points along the body’s meridians. It helps relieve pain, reduce stress, balance internal systems, and support overall well-being. It forms the foundation of most treatments, helping the body naturally reset and heal.
  • Aesthetic Acupuncture
A natural approach to facial and skin care, using fine needles to improve circulation, tone facial muscles, reduce wrinkles, and support skin regeneration—based on the principles of Chinese Medicine. I love how it blends external beauty with internal well-being.
  • Shiatsu
A Japanese bodywork technique rooted in Chinese Medicine, using pressure, stretches, and movement to release tension, improve energy flow, and support emotional and physical balance. It adds a calming, hands-on element that deeply supports emotional and physical balance.
  • Cupping Therapy
Glass or silicone cups are applied to the skin to create suction. This increases blood flow, eases muscle tension, detoxifies tissues, and can help with pain, inflammation, and respiratory issues. It is especially effective for pain and stiffness—often used alongside acupuncture.
  • Gua Sha
A scraping technique is performed with a smooth tool along the skin. It promotes circulation, reduces muscle tightness, relieves pain, boosts circulation and is also used in facial treatments for lifting and glow—simple, soothing, and powerful both therapeutically and cosmetically.
  • Moxibustion (Moxa)
A warming therapy using dried mugwort (moxa) near or on the skin to gently warm acupuncture points. It strengthens the immune system, improves circulation, and helps with pain, cold, or fatigue. It brings warmth and nourishment to the treatment process.
  • Herbal Medicine
Personalized herbal formulas are prescribed to support internal balance and treat various conditions such as digestive issues, hormonal imbalances, stress, sleep problems, and more. They extend care beyond the clinic, working from the inside out to support long-term healing.
