Quality of life, wellness, and health are very important principles in my life. Although my family exposed me to several types of alternative medicine, I didn’t find out about chiropractic until the age of 21. Within just two treatments, I was inspired by its specific and very holistic approach and decided to train to become a chiropractor. I completed my studies at the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic (AECC) in Bournemouth, England, receiving a Bachelor of Human Science and a Master of Science in Chiropractic. Now my mission is to enhance the lives of future generations and to inspire people through the power of chiropractic care.
Chiropractic has loads to offer, however, the most commonly known benefits are the strong ability to relieve pain, restoring flexibility and to optimise the function of muscles, joints and the nervous system. Through specific manual techniques and an appropriate treatment plan, we are able to work with the cause and not just the symptoms. My chiropractic degree plus several chiropractic seminars build a fundamental base to help me help you.
Treatment methods I have specialised in for children & adults:
Applied Kinesiology (ICAK certified)
Sacro Occipital Technique (SOT)
Treatment of infants and pregnant women
(S. Williams, Southampton)
One year internship in a feeding clinic for infants at the AECC in Bournemouth.(Close collaboration with midwives and chiropractors. It offers support to mothers and their babies, focusing on improving the bond during breastfeeding, and educating mothers. Spinal health, as well as breast feeding techniques play major roles.)
